My Jeeps Thanks for your responses. I should have elaberated a little about my brain storm. A slow night at work caused me to think of this way to be unique in my so called hand throttle. Which is used for many different applications in the industry today. It is basically a little electric motor with an arm hooked up to the throttle. A little computer chip hooked to the motor and a switch or turn knob style button on dash.

The knob turned to a cerntain point would tell the motor how far to push the throttle down and hold it there. When not turned on it would free wheel without binding to the existing throttle cable or foot peddal. You all are probably right! A bike cable from the local bike shop would be easy,quick and vertually fail safe. Take me like 15mins to install. But then I will have the same old hook up that everyone else has.
